Construction Manager Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from beginning to end, including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and oversight of subcontractors. The salary offered is 1700 AED per month. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Description:
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Monitor progress on site and report to senior management
• Develop plans and strategies for each project
• Manage the budget and ensure completion within allotted time frame and cost
• Monitor safety regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, workers and other professionals involved in the project
• Maintain records of project progress, materials used etc.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role is essential
• Proven track record in successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Comprehensive knowledge of building processes including foundations, walls etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with a good eye for detail
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings is essential
