Your main responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and administering medications as prescribed. You must also ensure that records are accurately kept and updated, while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Additionally, you must ensure that safety regulations in the facility are followed and respected by all staff members.
