Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Barista to work in our coffee shop in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100 (negotiable). We are open to hiring someone who has no prior experience in this field.

Needs for the Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual who is comfortable interacting with customers and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate should be friendly and have excellent communication skills as well as knowledge of different coffee drinks.

Responsibilities
• Prepare hot drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte according to customers’ orders
• Follow all safety regulations when handling equipment and products
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware
• Take orders from customers promptly and accurately
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of all products
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working as a Barista preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of coffee beverages preparation techniques
