We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, excellent leadership capabilities and a commitment to providing high-quality culinary experiences. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations of the restaurant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in leading kitchen teams as an Executive Chef or Head Chef. In addition, you should possess strong leadership skills, a creative approach to menu design and the ability to motivate staff members. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting strict deadlines. Furthermore, we are open to considering immigrant candidates with valid work permits in Qatar.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be expected to lead all culinary operations of the restaurant kitchen, including menu design and development, staff management & training and oversight of food safety protocols & procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to effectively manage costs by controlling inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for developing relationships with vendors in order to ensure quality ingredients for all dishes served at Doha’s restaurant.
