Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have no experience and is willing to learn quickly. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, monitoring them and ensuring that the production process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain machines according to specifications
• Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Ensure that the required output is met according to quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with machines
• Follow safety guidelines when operating machinery
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all equipment is in working order
• Train other operators on the use of machinery

Requirements:
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals etc.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
