We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of workers. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting goals, and ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and according to company standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage their team. Experience in the local market is highly desirable, as well as experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring daily operations of staff
- Developing and monitoring performance objectives
- Ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies
- Ensuring best practices relating to safety, quality control, customer service, and productivity
- Providing regular feedback on performance to staff on an individual basis
- Dealing with customer complaints when necessary
- Preparing daily reports on staff performance
- Assisting with recruitment when necessary
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package of 1000 per month. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country who meet the required criteria.
