Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. This position is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to make a start in the administrative field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails and other correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, and organizing office documents. The ability to multitask is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills as well as an excellent command of English language. Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage but not required. We are ready to consider immigrants with no prior experience in this field as long as they demonstrate the necessary skillset.
