Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tutor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tuition and guidance to individuals or groups in various subjects, such as mathematics and English. The Tutor should have a passion for teaching, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with students of all ages. The salary will be 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrants with no experience in tutoring.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and deliver effective instruction in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Assess student's performance by evaluating their work and providing feedback
- Monitor student progress over time and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Support students in understanding difficult concepts
- Prepare materials needed for class activities
- Actively participate in parent meetings to discuss student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure the best learning outcomes for the students
- Participate in professional development activities

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various learning styles and strategies
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month. Additional benefits include assistance with relocation costs if applicable.
