Welder – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Jeddah. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month and are willing to consider an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities:
• Reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
• Setting up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cutting material with powered saws to match measurements).
• Operating angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
• Welding components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).
• Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.

Qualifications: • Proven experience as welder in similar position for at least 3 years • Technical education or diploma in welding or a related field is preferred • Ability to read technical documents and drawings • Proficient in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.) • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.) • Ability to concentrate on completing tasks accurately despite distractions • Good physical condition and stamina • Attention to detail
