Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction as well as maintaining a clean and orderly bar. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of liquors and cocktails, good customer service skills, and a passion for mixology.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival; take orders for beverages, snacks, and food items; serve the requested items in a timely manner
• Prepare beverages such as cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and spirits in accordance with company recipes
• Ensure that all drinks are served according to the standard recipes
• Keep the bar area clean at all times to uphold the highest level of hygiene standards
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol in accordance with company policy
• Process cash or credit payments for beverages consumed by guests
• Create special promotions on drinks when necessary
• Provide an excellent customer service experience to all patrons

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience as a bartender in a similar role
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging situations
• Excellent knowledge of various drink recipes
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail when preparing drinks

Salary: 1100 AED
