Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with confidential information. The position offers a salary of 1300 AED and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role. Previous experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support for the team by taking on tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing mail
β’ Maintain office supplies and equipment
β’ Prepare documents, letters, memos and reports
β’ Ensure that databases are kept up to date with accurate information
β’ Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly
β’ Act as a liaison between management, clients and vendors
β’ Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset but not required
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
