Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional Waiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders from customers and serving them food and drinks. You must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all orders are handled correctly. In addition to taking orders, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times.

Job Duties:
• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks in a timely fashion
• Checking on customers periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
• Ensuring that the dining area is properly maintained at all times
• Handling payment transactions
• Maintaining stock of beverages and food items
• Answering questions about menu items
• Processing customer complaints professionally
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter in a similar setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
