Job Title: Freelance HR Specialist
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1000 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Freelance HR Specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to our organization.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Recruiting new staff, including interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
• Administering payroll and benefits programs;
• Preparing performance appraisals;
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation;
• Conducting orientation for new employees;
• Developing training programs for employees;
• Maintaining employee records.

You should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or similar. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants with the necessary visa/work permit requirements.
