Job Title: Salesman

Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

The Salesman will take responsibility for driving sales performance and achieving targeted results by promoting the company's products and services. The successful candidate should be able to identify opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Developing sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs;
• Managing inventory levels to ensure availability of products;
• Identifying new customers, generating leads and converting them into sales;
• Analyzing customer data and market trends to develop insights;
• Keeping up-to-date with product information and features;
• Negotiating contracts with customers;
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities;
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales roles within the UAE;
• Strong understanding of customer service principles;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred but not required.
