Office assistant job in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE for Indian
Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail-oriented work and will be able to efficiently handle administrative tasks, provide support to management and departments, and ensure that all transactions are carried out in a timely, accurate manner. The role includes a competitive salary of 1200 per month.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in an office environment would be beneficial but not essential.
The Office Assistant's primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phones, providing administrative assistance to departments, filing documents and processing payments. Additionally, they may also be required to manage event schedules and travel arrangements for staff members as needed.
