Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The position offers a salary of 1100 and is open to both locals and foreigners. This position does not require prior experience.

Needs for Candidate
The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of topographical surveying, construction surveying, land surveying methodology, geodetic surveying and related land surveying techniques. They must be able to perform the necessary calculations for a variety of data sets and be capable of interpreting survey results effectively.

Responsibilities
The Surveyor will be responsible for collecting data from various sources such as maps, aerial photographs and satellite imagery. They will then use this information to calculate measurements such as area, perimeter, elevation and volume as well as to create maps or other forms of visual representation. Additionally they will need to set up surveys onsite using various tools such as theodolites or total stations. In addition they may be called upon to give technical recommendations regarding survey methods or techniques.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have formal training in either civil engineering or land surveying with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field. Proficiency with industry specific software such as AutoCAD is essential as well as basic computer skills and excellent problem solving abilities. Knowledge of relevant legislation is also desirable but not essential.
