Sales Manager – Bani Yas City, Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales strategies, activities and campaigns to drive business growth. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month, and we are willing to consider an immigrant if they meet the requirements listed below.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum two years’ experience in a sales management or supervisory role
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing effective sales strategies to ensure organizational success
• Setting sales targets and creating appropriate plans to reach them
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales team
• Analyzing data from customer feedback surveys, market research, etc.
• Developing customer relationships through regular visits and follow ups
• Identifying new opportunities for growth
• Managing the recruitment, training, coaching, development and motivation of team members
