Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. You will be responsible for preparing delicious meals in accordance with our established recipes and standards. Salary is 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Prepare all dishes according to established recipes and standards
-Organize kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering of supplies, and setting up workstations
-Ensure the highest quality of food is served
-Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper working order
-Carry out inventory management duties
-Develop new recipes and menus
-Train staff on food preparation techniques
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
-Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
-Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation styles
-Proficiency in English language -Ability to work long hours under pressure
