Job Title: Chef
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious dishes with ease. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative and have a strong knowledge of international cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to established recipes and menus
- Monitor food inventory to ensure availability of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal preparation activities
- Check the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
- Manage orders from suppliers
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with safety regulations
- Develop new recipes to keep up with customer demand and culinary trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask efficiently
– Solid knowledge of kitchen sanitation rules and regulations - Good organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Creativity is essential for this role - Must be willing to work flexible shifts - Previous experience in the UAE is preferred but not essential (for foreigners)
