Position Title: Barista

Salary: 1300 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at our café in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso drinks, such as lattes and cappuccinos, according to company standards
• Ensure that all drinks are served at the correct temperature and consistency
• Clean and maintain all coffee-making equipment, such as grinders and espresso machines
• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders accurately
• Answer customer inquiries about menu items or café offerings in a friendly manner
• Stock the café with ingredients such as coffee beans, syrups, creamers, etc.
• Receive payments and provide change as necessary

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience working as a barista in a café or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of different varieties of coffee beans and how to best prepare them • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy • Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage) • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE
