Light Driver Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Light Driver to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a light vehicle to transport passengers or goods from one place to another. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we are open to consider foreign applicants.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive light vehicles such as vans, cars, and pickup trucks in a safe and responsible manner;
• Follow routes and time schedules;
• Load and unload goods;
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues;
• Ensure that vehicles have sufficient fuel for the journey;
• Report any incidents to the supervisor;
• Maintain logbook of activities;
• Submit vehicle documents at the end of each trip;
• Comply with traffic regulations.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with good knowledge of roads in Dubai;
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations;
• Ability to work flexible hours;
• Good communication skills;
• Good physical condition as some heavy lifting may be required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a light driver preferred but not required;
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
