Job Title: Teacher

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1300 KWD per month

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring and engaging lessons to students of all ages and abilities, as well as monitoring their progress and providing feedback to parents and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with a minimum of two years' experience teaching in the relevant age group. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates, but they must demonstrate an excellent command of the English language. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as superior organizational skills and the ability to think on their feet in stressful situations.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan lessons that stimulate interest in learning, assess student performance on an ongoing basis, develop strategies to engage students with challenging material, provide extra help when needed, motivate students with positive reinforcement, work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain accurate records of student performance data and develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) where appropriate.
