Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for planning and executing meals to meet the needs of our customers. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 and are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Duties:
• Create menus for both lunch and dinner that are creative, well balanced, cost effective, and attractive.
• Oversee the preparation of food items in accordance with customer orders.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, temperature control, presentation, garnishing and flavor of all dishes prepared.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.
• Supervise the work of other kitchen staff members to ensure that they follow safety and hygiene procedures when handling food items.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all purchases made by the kitchen staff.
• Be aware of current menu items, specials, market prices, trends in cuisine preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all health regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or modify existing ones according to customer preferences.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and regulations related to food handling procedures.
• Excellent knife skills as well as knowledge of different cooking techniques such as baking, grilling etc.,
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently on multiple tasks at once.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues from different departments such as waiters/waitresses etc.,
• Team player with strong organizational skills who is able to prioritize tasks accordingly according to importance level and urgency level required for completion of each task assigned or delegated by supervisor or manager.
