Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks and other beverages in accordance with established recipes, while providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have experience in making all kinds of coffee drinks. Knowledge of food hygiene standards is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, mochas, espressos and more
• Greet customers with a positive attitude
• Take orders from customers accurately and process payments accordingly
• Adhere to health safety regulations when handling food and beverages
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean and well maintained at all times
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with customers at all times
• Follow established procedures for preparing coffee orders quickly and efficiently
• Check product quality on a regular basis to ensure freshness
• Follow opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role; experience working in the Middle East is preferred but not required • Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques • Hands-on experience with cash registers/POS systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Flexible schedule; availability during weekends/holidays is preferred • Immigrant status is accepted if eligible to work legally in Riyadh • High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification related to hospitality industry preferred

Salary: 1500 SAR
