Executive Chef Vacancy in Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, and must be willing to work flexible hours. Salary is 1600 per month. We are open to consider immigrant applicants.

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing menus and overseeing food preparation for a wide variety of dishes
- Ensuring that all food items meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Planning and controlling costs, including ordering supplies and managing resources
- Creating training programs for staff on kitchen safety, proper knife handling and other culinary techniques
- Monitoring inventory levels, storage areas and the overall cleanliness of the kitchen
- Ensuring that Health Department regulations are met at all times
- Developing relationships with vendors to secure quality products at competitive prices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, work well under pressure, and handle a busy workload
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Passion for the culinary arts with knowledge of current trends in cooking methods, ingredients, recipes and presentation styles
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff members towards success
- Knowledgeable about health department regulations related to kitchen operations
