Job Summary:
We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a vibrant and fast-paced environment and to grow their knowledge base. The salary is 1600 AED and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful Librarian will be responsible for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining an up-to-date library of books, periodicals, journals, and other materials. They will also be responsible for helping patrons locate materials within the library, assisting with research projects, providing readers advisory services, organizing library events, and maintaining accurate circulation records. Additionally, they will be required to keep up-to-date with new publications or other relevant information in order to provide patrons with the best resources available.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong customer service skills in order to effectively assist patrons. They should also have strong computer proficiency in order to manage circulation records and library databases efficiently. Additionally, they should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in order to ensure the smooth running of the library operations. A degree in Library Science or related field is preferred but not required; however minimal work experience is essential for this role.
