Lead Caregiver Job in Sharjah

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and reliable Lead Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of caregivers and ensuring that their duties are carried out in accordance with the applicable standards of safety, quality of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train and mentor caregivers in providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for clients
• Develop care plans for clients with input from family members or other healthcare providers
• Monitor the delivery of services provided by caregivers to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation of services provided
• Respond promptly to any concerns or problems raised by caregivers
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and safety standards
• Assist with daily living activities as needed such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a caregiver or supervisor within a home health setting is preferred but not required
• Experience providing support for elderly clients, those with disabilities or other special needs is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
