Job Title: Merchandiser

Salary: 1100 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all merchandising activities in order to ensure that the merchandise is presented effectively and that the sales objectives are met.

The Merchandiser’s duties include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing visual merchandising plans that maximize product visibility and sales;
• Analyzing customer preferences and trends by using market research data;
• Collaborating with store management to build effective product displays;
• Maintaining accurate records of all merchandising activities;
• Conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines;
• Developing innovative ideas to promote products.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing or related field; • Proven experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and on tight deadlines; • Strong attention to detail; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
