HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, procedures and policies that cover recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They should have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet under pressure. As this is an international company, experience in working with multicultural teams is essential. Although experience as an HR manager would be desirable, we are also open to considering candidates with no prior experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be required to manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment processes, performance management processes and employee relations activities. They will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while providing advice on best practice in HR matters. In addition, they will provide guidance on training initiatives, compensation plans and benefits packages while developing strategies to improve employee engagement across the organization.
