HR Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is open to both local and immigrant candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources needs of the organization. This includes developing and administering recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures, and addressing any employee issues or concerns. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant labor legislation.

Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources; strong knowledge of employment law; excellent interpersonal communication skills; the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion; strong organizational skills; excellent problem solving skills; and the ability to work independently.

This position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month.
