Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 1300/month

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff are providing excellent service to customers and that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, such as staff scheduling, customer service, budgeting, and inventory management
• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
• Supervising and training staff
• Maintaining cost control procedures to ensure profitability
• Developing marketing plans to increase customer base and revenue
• Planning menus and special promotions
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. They should have strong leadership skills and good problem solving abilities. They should also possess excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
