Bank teller job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the banking industry, and must be willing to consider an immigrant. This position offers a salary of 1800 per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions and providing customer service in the bank. Responsibilities include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with queries regarding their accounts and transactions
- Cross-selling bank products such as loans, credit cards, mutual funds etc.
- Adhering to banking policies, procedures and regulations
- Identifying suspicious activities or transaction patterns that could indicate fraud or money laundering
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining a clean workspace environment that is orderly and organized
- Handling customer complaints or escalations in a courteous manner
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent customer service skills; strong attention to detail; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; basic math skills; knowledge of banking regulations; computer literacy; cash handling experience; and must be able to handle stressful situations calmly.
