We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and screening suitable candidates for various job openings, as well as coordinating the hiring process. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider applicants with minimal work experience, provided they possess the necessary skills and aptitude for the job.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing recruiting strategies and executing plans to attract qualified candidates, conducting interviews with potential hires, evaluating applicants’ qualifications, preparing offer letters and negotiating contracts, ensuring that all legal requirements are met throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for interviewing current employees to identify their strengths and areas of improvement in order to ensure their continued development. Furthermore, this position involves maintaining accurate records of all candidates and hires in order to track their progress over time.
