Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, customer-oriented Florist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this position, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for customers and events. You must be able to work quickly and accurately while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. The salary for this position is 1300 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create unique flower arrangements according to customer needs, specifications and budgets
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing advice on flowers, and suggesting appropriate products
• Maintain display cases and shelves by cleaning, stocking merchandise, arranging items attractively
• Ensure quality of flowers by inspecting them regularly and removing any wilted or damaged blooms
• Process orders received over the telephone or in person
• Perform opening/closing procedures as needed
• Follow all health & safety regulations when preparing bouquets/arrangements
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with flowers in a retail setting; 3+ years preferred
• Ability to read diagrams/patterns when creating floral arrangements
Desirable Qualities:
• Passionate about flowers and design; creative flair appreciated
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly & outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of various types of flowers & plants; good color coordination skills
