We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to generate revenue and maximize profits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, superior organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop business relationships with customers, identify their needs and provide a tailored solution, create sales strategies to increase revenues and drive sales growth, and ensure that customer service standards are met. Additionally, they will track team performance, analyze sales data, troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the sales process, and prepare regular reports for management review.

This role requires no experience as we are willing to provide training and support as needed. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration or related field. A competitive salary of 1300 is offered for this position along with the opportunity to work with an established international team.
