Job Description:
Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage relationships with current and prospective customers
• Create and manage a customer database
• Monitor competitor activities
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
• Train and coach team members to maximise their performance
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the services/products offered
• Negotiate contracts with customers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team towards achieving company goals
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: 1000 AED per month
