We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail. This position requires the successful candidate to manage the operations of a housekeeping team and ensure the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Maintaining daily records of cleaning tasks and housekeeping staff;
• Scheduling and supervising housekeeping personnel;
• Ensuring that all areas are cleaned in compliance with health and safety standards;
• Creating systems for efficient use of resources such as linen, cleaning supplies, etc.;
• Training new staff members on cleaning procedures;
• Providing feedback to staff on their performance;
• Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient manner;
• Developing strategies for improving customer service.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently is also essential for this position. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.
