Waiter vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have at least a high school education or equivalent and have excellent customer service skills. The salary for this position is 1700. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

The Waiter will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly and courteous service to customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. He/she should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem solving skills, be able to focus on details, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the premises
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their order
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean work area
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Follow health and safety regulations when handling food items

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Attention to detail
