Merchandiser vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker


Position: Merchandiser
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the retail sector and be familiar with current trends in the market. The role involves creating and implementing merchandising strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, store maintenance and growth in sales.

Responsibilities:
• Develop effective merchandising plans that align with business objectives
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory is available
• Provide daily supervision of store staff and manage product placement, pricing, display and promotional activities
• Ensure all merchandise is placed in accordance with guidelines regarding visual presentation and safety regulations
• Manage the overall look of the store environment including displays, fixtures and signage
• Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Retail or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience as a merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data accurately • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently & as part of a team • Foreigners are welcome to apply
