Job Title: Teacher
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600QAR/month
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Ability to work with children of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of best practice teaching and assessment methods
• Commitment to professional development, including attending training and collaborating with colleagues
• Enthusiasm for engaging students in the learning process
• Experience in creating a safe learning environment, including classroom management and discipline strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field (We are ready to consider an immigrant)

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and deliver them in an engaging way that meets the needs of all students.
• Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students, motivating them and guiding them as they develop their knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Monitor student progress by providing continual feedback on their performance.
• Participate actively in school events such as parent-teacher meetings, open days, school trips, etc.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions and other activities related to teacher training.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive school culture within the school community through effective communication with teachers, staff members, administrators and parents.
