Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new products as well as troubleshooting existing products. This includes performing a variety of laboratory tests to assess product quality and safety, conducting research into new technologies, and creating reports on results. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. An understanding of chemistry principles is essential to this role, as is the ability to follow instructions carefully, maintain accurate records, and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
• 3+ years of laboratory experience in the chemical industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations in the workplace related to handling hazardous chemicals
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
