The Business Manager's primary responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives
• Analyzing market trends, competition, customer needs, and other factors affecting company performance
• Overseeing day-to-day operations including financial management, personnel management, customer relations, etc.
• Leading team meetings to ensure that all goals are being met within the specified timeline
• Working with internal departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A valid work permit is also required for this position.
