Project Manager – Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in project management and must be willing to work with a foreign company.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress and report on performance
• Manage the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks that could impact the successful completion of projects
• Monitor progress against the project plan and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are achieved
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate activities related to projects
• Participate in customer meetings and resolve customer issues that arise throughout the course of a project
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved
• Facilitate communication between internal departments, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders involved in project delivery.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a Project Manager working in a foreign organization preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient understanding of project management processes such as Agile/Scrum methodology; familiarity with Microsoft Project or related software is advantageous.

Salary: 1400 AED
