Job Title: Office Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all departments and ensure that the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, copying and faxing
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Answer phone calls and take messages
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation
• Maintain a neat and professional office environment
• Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies when necessary
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
