Optometrist Vacancy – Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Optometrist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month and are willing to consider immigrants for the position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working experience as an Optometrist
• Ability to work with a variety of patients
• Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and lenses
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Examining patients’ eyes using diagnostic equipment such as retinoscopes, lensometers, etc.
• Diagnosing vision problems and prescribing corrective lenses or contact lenses
• Advising on general eye care, including nutrition, hygiene, and contact lens care
• Keeping accurate records on patient visits and updating patient files
• Referring patients to other medical professionals if needed
