Position: Sales Manager
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth in our region.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Manage a team of sales representatives and oversee their daily activities
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships
• Generate regular reports on sales performance to senior management
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure maximum performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of conduct

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role in a similar industry (we are prepared to consider immigrants)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets set by senior management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
