Our company is currently seeking an experienced and organized Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales goals, strategies, and performance, as well as leading a team of sales professionals.

The Sales Manager will work to analyze customer needs, develop sales plans and objectives, train team members on effective sales techniques, and ensure that customer service standards are met. They will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of all sales activities and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, this role requires the ability to build strong relationships with customers in order to increase sales opportunities.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; however, we are also ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of success in managing teams.
