Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Ajman to join our team and support the growth of our company. You will be responsible for providing sales and customer service support, as well as developing strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue. As a Sales Manager, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop new campaigns, as well as evaluate current performance in order to improve future results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans that will help meet or exceed company targets
• Monitor sales performance on a regular basis, identifying areas of improvement
• Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and insights that can inform product development
• Manage relationships with customers in order to increase loyalty
• Develop new business opportunities by researching potential markets, customers, or partners
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends in order to remain competitive
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
• Prepare reports for senior management on current sales performance
• Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional material
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledgeable about the latest industry trends
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Exceptional analytical skills
