Job Title: Chef - El-Fujairah

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and professional Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of delicious dishes in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, a strong understanding of food safety regulations, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes while adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Monitor food stock levels, replenishing as necessary
• Manage kitchen staff, allocating tasks and providing guidance as needed
• Ensure quality control standards are met at all times
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions are made
• Develop new recipes in line with customer taste preferences and current trends
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential
• A strong understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills

Salary: 1300 AED per month (We are willing to consider immigrants).
