We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing high quality dishes to meet customer expectations, while adhering to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine, as well as a creative approach to creating new dishes. They should also be reliable, organized and able to work under pressure. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.

The successful applicant will be required to plan, develop and ensure the quality of all dishes served while managing the kitchen staff effectively. This includes monitoring kitchen inventory levels, making sure that all food safety regulations are strictly followed, and providing guidance on menu items to customers. In addition, they will be expected to inspect equipment and ensure that it is properly maintained and cleaned.
